The company is Irish, its first production project is planned here, and the next person we hire will be based here. This page sets out where that stands today.
Ireland is an English speaking common law jurisdiction inside the European Union with a professional services base deep enough to support a small advisory company running cross border mandates. For clients entering the single market from outside it, that combination does most of the work before anything else is decided.
The company was incorporated in Dublin in March 2026 and its registered office is held with its accountancy practice in Sandyford. Our Irish footprint today is the registered entity, its professional advisers and a development mandate for a manufacturing facility to be sited in Ireland. The facility is the thing that turns an Irish company into an Irish operation, and it is the reason the next hire is an Ireland based one.
We hold the European development mandate for a sustainable beverage packaging product that is already manufactured and sold in the United States. The owner wants European production rather than freight across the Atlantic, and the end market is stadium, arena and event catering across Europe, where single use packaging is under regulatory pressure and volumes are large enough to carry a dedicated line.
Our mandate covers site selection, the manufacturing plan, the funding structure and the commercial terms between the European facility and the existing US operation. The project has not reached financial close and no site is committed. Everything below it, construction, equipment and hiring, follows from funding.
The client is not named here under a confidentiality undertaking. Banks, auditors and professional advisers carrying out diligence can see the memorandum of understanding and the project documentation on request, subject to the client's consent.
Site selection and funding structure. No financial close, no committed site, no construction contract.
Ireland, with the site to be chosen on access to the European event and venue market, utilities and labour.
The European development mandate, under a signed memorandum of understanding with the product owner.
Appointed under a written engagement letter covering company secretarial services, registered office and accounting services. The company is audit exempt and HLB Ireland does not act as auditor.
Instructed on a transaction basis. Project specific legal, planning and tax advice on the Irish facility will be taken from Irish firms as the project moves through funding and site acquisition.
The role opens when the Irish facility reaches build stage. We are registering interest now so that we are not starting a search on the day funding closes.
Someone who has built or commissioned a manufacturing or food grade packaging facility in Ireland and has carried a project from an empty site through to production. You would be the company's first person on the ground here, reporting to the directors, with real authority over the build and no layer of management in between.
Resident in Ireland. The role is based at the facility once a site is chosen.
