GreenWave Sustainable Holdings Limited was incorporated in Dublin on 24 March 2026 to hold business development and management advisory mandates for sustainable businesses. The work is delivered by the directors.
We advise two kinds of client. The first is a company whose operations are sustainable by nature: its product, its process or its supply chain is the reason it exists. The second is an established business adding a sustainability dimension to operations that already work.
Those clients come to us for the same reasons. They are entering a market they do not know, or they are growing past the point where the founder can run finance from a spreadsheet, or they need to put a funding case in front of people who will test it. The sector varies. The problem does not.
We are engaged under a written mandate and paid a fee for the work. Where the mandate suits it, the company also subscribes for a minority shareholding in the client, using its own capital, on separate documentation. That alignment is deliberate, and we keep it visible rather than buried in a fee note.
Both directors were appointed on incorporation and each holds 50 per cent of the issued share capital. Their particulars are filed with the Companies Registration Office and the Register of Beneficial Ownership.

Two directors, both executive, each appointed 24 March 2026. Decisions on new mandates, equity subscriptions and material payments are taken at board level and minuted.
Company secretarial and registered office services are provided by an Irish accountancy practice. Statutory registers are maintained and filings are made to the Companies Registration Office.
Client work is covered by confidentiality undertakings. Where the company holds equity in a client it also advises, the position is disclosed to counterparties and documented separately from the advisory fee. The same applies where a director takes an executive appointment inside a client company: the appointment and its remuneration sit on separate paper from the mandate, and are disclosed.
